Create your company — sign up, verify your email, and your first login creates the company workspace.
Add your team — Settings → Add User — teammates inherit your company; roles control what they can touch.
Import your data — Drivers, vehicles and loads come in via CSV from the Import buttons on each page.
Set your theme — Settings → Company lets you set your logo and brand color across the dashboard.

Create a load — Dispatch → New Load — customer, stops, rates; multi-stop supported.
Assign a truck — picking a truck shows service-due and document-expiry warnings so you can plan around them.
Send a rate con — one click emails the rate confirmation PDF; the tracking link keeps your customer updated.
Tender to a carrier — broker accounts can tender a load to a Ziply carrier and get live status back automatically.

Hire a driver — send the application link from Driver Roster; e-signed applications file themselves into the DQ checklist.
Employment verifications — previous-employer requests go out by email with e-signed releases, tracked end to end.

Connect your ELD — Settings → ELD — pick Samsara, Motive, Geotab or ELD Rider and paste your provider API key.
Live fleet map — Maps shows every truck with speed and driver, plus a truck-legal route planner with per-state miles.
HOS logs — click a driver on ELD → HOS Status for the duty-status graph of their day.

Settlements — driver pay by percentage, per-mile or flat, with deductions; carrier segments supported on split loads.
Invoicing — generate the invoice + rate con + POD packet in one click, with automatic payment follow-up.
IFTA — per-state miles accumulate from your ELD; log filings on the Compliance page.
Factoring — submit invoice packets to your factor by email and track advances and reserves.

Install — drivers sign in at ziplyfleet.com/driver with their email + last 4 of their phone — no password to manage.
Loads & navigation — assigned loads, stop-by-stop navigation hand-off, and status updates from the cab.
POD & documents — drivers photograph proof-of-delivery and receipts; they attach straight to the load.
Push alerts — new-load notifications when the driver enables them in Profile.
