Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days on every plan, and you can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Which ELD providers do you integrate with?
Samsara, Motive (KeepTruckin), Geotab, and ELD Rider — live GPS, HOS, DVIR and log graphs, connected with your own API key in Settings.
Can you help us migrate from spreadsheets or another TMS?
Yes. CSV import covers drivers, vehicles and loads, and we help with mapping during onboarding. Most fleets are running in under a week.
Is there a driver app?
Yes — drivers get a free mobile app for loads, navigation, proof-of-delivery photos, documents, trip sheets, fuel logging, and messaging with dispatch.
Do you support freight brokers?
Yes. Broker plans (from $49/mo flat) include an FMCSA-verified carrier directory, digital carrier packets with e-sign, load tendering, and buy/sell margin tracking. See

Can I issue EFS or Comdata money codes?
Yes — record a money code (EFS, Comdata, T-Chek or other) right on the load from Dispatch, with the purpose and amount. Mark it billable and it becomes an invoice line automatically; flag it as a driver advance and it's deducted on the next settlement.
How does IFTA reporting work?
Per-state miles come from your ELD data and the truck-legal route planner, and the Compliance page tracks filing history with late flags for IFTA plus OR/KY/NY/NM returns.
Will this keep us DOT-audit ready?
That's the core of the product: driver qualification files, employment verifications (49 CFR 391.23), drug & alcohol records, road tests, accident register, and expiry alerts on CDLs and med cards.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit, isolated per company, and protected with role-based access and optional two-factor authentication. You can export your data at any time.
Do you charge per user?
No per-user fees on any plan — pricing is by truck count only, so dispatchers, safety and accounting staff can all log in.
